Recurring house cleaning is a maintenance service. The point of it is not to bring your home back from a crisis. The point is to keep it from ever getting there in the first place. You book a regular slot, the same team shows up, and you stop thinking about kitchen counters and bathroom corners as a Saturday-morning problem.

If we book you a recurring clean as a first visit and your baseboards haven’t been touched in two years, we’ll run out of clock before the kitchen is finished and you’ll feel underwhelmed.

Almost every recurring client we have started with a one-time deep clean. After that, the home was at a baseline that bi-weekly maintenance could keep up with, and they got the recurring discount on every visit going forward. The first invoice is higher. The second, third, and fourth invoices are lower and faster. Long-run, it’s cheaper and better.

What’s included in every recurring visit

The core checklist on a recurring clean covers every room in the home. Here’s what the team does on every single visit, before any add-ons are touched:

Kitchen

• Counters wiped down, including under small appliances
• Stovetop scrubbed (grates removed and rinsed on gas ranges)
• Sink scrubbed, faucet polished, drain cleared of debris
• Exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave) wiped and polished
• Inside the microwave (yes, every visit)
• Backsplash wiped, splatters removed
• Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned for visible smudges and fingerprints
• Floor swept and mopped

Bathrooms

• Tub or shower scrubbed, glass de-spotted
• Toilet cleaned inside and out, including base
• Vanity, sink, and faucet polished
• Mirrors cleaned streak-free
• Floor swept and mopped, with attention to behind the toilet
• Towels refolded or replaced if fresh ones are out

Bedrooms and living areas

• Dust all reachable surfaces (nightstands, dressers, picture frames, lamps, electronics)

How the recurring discount actually works

Once you book your second visit on a recurring frequency, the discount applies to every visit going forward, including that second one. The standard rate is $60 per hour per cleaner. Weekly clients pay $48 per hour (20% off). Bi-weekly clients pay $51 per hour (15% off). Monthly clients pay $54 per hour (10% off).

The discount stays applied as long as you keep the recurring rhythm. If you skip a week here and there, no problem. If you cancel the recurring schedule entirely, future one-off visits revert to the standard rate. Active military and first responders get an additional 10% off on top of the recurring discount.

What if my regular cleaner is sick on my day?

We send a backup who has been briefed on your home and your custom checklist. We message you the morning of with the name of the team coming so there are no surprises at the door.

Can I lock in the same day and time?

For weekly and bi-weekly clients, yes. We do our best for monthly clients, though the slot will sometimes move by a day depending on demand.

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?

Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice we won’t charge anything. Inside that window, we charge a 50% rescheduling fee because the team has already been assigned and is on the clock.

How do I add or remove an extra for one visit only?

Easiest: text us at (587) 784-6020. We’ll update that specific visit in the system. Recurring add-ons (like “always do inside the fridge on the first visit of the month”) get saved to your custom checklist.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Most recurring clients use a smart lock, lockbox, or hide-a-key. The team locks up on the way out and texts you when they leave.
