The bar isn’t “fancy.” The bar is: the office looks the same on Monday as it did when you locked up Friday, except the trash is gone, the kitchen counters aren’t sticky, and the bathrooms don’t smell like Sunday. That’s what we do.

We’ve held one Edmonton office contract for over a year. The client renewed because the lead cleaner is the same person every time, building security knows her by name, and the front desk doesn’t have to chase anyone for a Certificate of Insurance. What’s included on a standard office visit

The base scope covers the spaces your team uses every day, plus the spaces visitors see when they walk in. Frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly) and square footage drive the time on site — the scope below stays the same.

Workstations & private offices

• Desks dusted & wiped (we work around papers and electronics — nothing moved unless flagged)
• Chairs vacuumed; seat fabric spot-treated where needed
• Phones, monitors, keyboards lightly wiped with screen-safe cloth
• Floor: vacuumed if carpet, mopped if hard surface
• Bins emptied; liners replaced

Common areas (reception, meeting rooms, corridors)

• Reception desk & visitor seating wiped down; glass de-spotted
• Meeting rooms: tables wiped, chairs aligned, whiteboards left as-found (we don’t erase unless asked)
• Corridors vacuumed / mopped; baseboards lightly dusted (full baseboard detail is quarterly)
• Reception glass & entry door cleaned streak-free

Kitchen / break room

• Counters wiped down, including under coffee equipment
• Sink scrubbed; faucet polished
• Exterior of fridge & dishwasher wiped
• Inside the microwave — included every visit
• Floor swept & mopped; bins emptied

Restrooms

• Toilets cleaned inside & out, including base & under-seat
• Sinks, faucets, mirrors cleaned streak-free
• Soap dispensers checked; restocked from supplies you provide on site
• Toilet paper & paper towels restocked from supplies you provide on site
• Floors mopped; bins emptied & re-lined

Trash & recycling

• All bins emptied; sorted into trash / paper / recycling per your building’s policy
• Taken to the building’s collection point (loading dock, chute, or outdoor bin) on your floor’s posted schedule

Paid add-ons available at booking

• Inside the office fridge — $45–60 (most clients book this monthly or quarterly)
• Inside the office oven / toaster oven — $45–60
• Eco-friendly product upgrade — $15–30 / visit (free if default; required by some LEED-certified buildings)
• Quarterly deep-detail — baseboards top-to-bottom, light fixtures, vents (quoted separately by walk-through)

What we don’t do

We say what we won’t take on so you know what to expect — and so we don’t waste your time on a quote that doesn’t fit.

• Moving heavy office furniture or equipment
• Window exteriors (we handle interior glass only)
• Carpet shampoo / extraction (we partner with Riccardo’s Carpet Cleaning for that work and can introduce you)
• Biohazard, medical sharps disposal, or anything requiring regulated containment
• Restaurants, factories, or warehouses — not our specialty (office, clinic, daycare, retail front-of-house are)

How an office cleaning contract with us works

1. Walk-through

The lead cleaner does an after-hours walk-through with you. We confirm the scope, access (FOB, alarm code, keys), preferred cleaning window, and any building rules. Takes about 30 minutes.

2. COI & agreement

We send a Certificate of Insurance to your property management within 24 hours of signing. The cleaning agreement is plain-English and month-to-month — no multi-year lock-in.

3. First visit

Lead cleaner runs the first visit slowly with a junior cleaner so the standard is set. We send a quick photo summary the next morning.

4. Ongoing

Same lead cleaner every visit while scheduling allows. We text the building manager when something needs attention (broken paper towel dispenser, low soap, a leak under the sink) so it gets handled before the next workday.

Yes. We send a Certificate of Insurance ($2M liability, Sandbox Mutual) to your property management within 24 hours of signing — before the first visit.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner on the commercial roster is vetted, background-checked, and WCB-covered. Building security can run the lead cleaner’s name through their access system before the first visit.

Do you supply paper towels, toilet paper, and soap?

No — we restock from supplies you keep on site. Most offices already buy these through their existing supplier; we just refill from the closet. If you’d like us to source supplies, we can quote that separately.

How discreet are the cleaners during the visit?

Quiet, uniformed, no music, no loud chatter. If a tenant is working late and asks the team to skip a specific area, we skip it and note it for the next visit.

Can you accommodate LEED-certified buildings?

Yes. Eco-friendly products are the default for LEED tenants ($15–30/visit upgrade, free if set as default). We follow your building’s chemical policy without exception.

What if something gets damaged?

Document it and text the lead cleaner. Our $2M liability covers tenant damage, and we resolve incidents within one business day — not after a claim form trail.
