How an office cleaning contract with us works

1. Walk-through

The lead cleaner does an after-hours walk-through with you. We confirm the scope, access (FOB, alarm code, keys), preferred cleaning window, and any building rules. Takes about 30 minutes.

2. COI & agreement

We send a Certificate of Insurance to your property management within 24 hours of signing. The cleaning agreement is plain-English and month-to-month — no multi-year lock-in.

3. First visit

Lead cleaner runs the first visit slowly with a junior cleaner so the standard is set. We send a quick photo summary the next morning.

4. Ongoing

Same lead cleaner every visit while scheduling allows. We text the building manager when something needs attention (broken paper towel dispenser, low soap, a leak under the sink) so it gets handled before the next workday.

What if something gets damaged?

Document it and text the lead cleaner. Our $2M liability covers tenant damage, and we resolve incidents within one business day — not after a claim form trail.
