How long does a one-time clean take?
The standard one-time visit is a 4-hour minimum, by one cleaner. Most 3-bedroom Edmonton homes finish in 4–6 hours, depending on the size of the space, the amount of clutter, and the depth of clean required. Larger homes (4–5 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms) usually need 6–8 hours.
You can add a second cleaner at booking to finish in roughly half the time — useful when you’ve got a deadline (in-laws at 5 p.m., photographer at 3). The team brings everything they need; you don’t lift a thing.
What’s included on a standard one-time visit
The base visit covers every room in the home. Here’s what happens before any add-ons are touched:

- Sink scrubbed, faucet polished, drain cleared
- Exterior of fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave wiped and polished

- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned for fingerprints
- Floor swept and mopped
Bathrooms
- Tub or shower scrubbed, glass de-spotted
- Toilet cleaned inside and out, including the base
- Vanity, sink, and faucet polished
- Mirrors cleaned streak-free
- Floor mopped, including behind the toilet
- Towels refolded or replaced if fresh ones are out
Bedrooms and living areas
- Dust all reachable surfaces (nightstands, dressers, frames, lamps, electronics)
- Beds made and linens changed per bed — included free when fresh sheets are left out
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Mop hard floors
- Empty bins and re-line
A standard one-time visit doesn’t include baseboards, wall spot-cleaning, or inside the oven/fridge/cabinets by default — those are paid add-ons (see below) or are included as part of a Deep Clean instead.

When to book a Deep Clean instead of a one-time
Some homes need more than a one-time visit can deliver in 4 hours. We’ll be straight with you: if any of the below applies, book a Deep Clean first — it includes the time and the inclusions to actually finish the job.
- The home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in 6+ months
- You want baseboards top to bottom and wall spot-cleaning included
- Heavy pet hair throughout the home
- Visible buildup in bathrooms (soap scum, hard water, grout discoloration)
- You’re cleaning to list a home or hand back to a landlord — that’s a Move-Out service, not a one-time
A Deep Clean starts at $390 (6-hour minimum) and includes wall washing, full baseboards, and the kitchen-internals that a one-time leaves as paid extras. It’s the smarter first visit for most homes that have gone awhile.

How many cleaners will come?
One cleaner is the standard. You can add a second cleaner at booking if you’d like to finish faster — useful when you’ve got a hard deadline.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — all-purpose cleaners, microfibre cloths, mop, and vacuum. If you want the eco-friendly product upgrade, add it at booking ($15–30 per visit, free if it’s set as your default).
Do I need to be home while the cleaner is there?
Not at all. Most one-time clients leave a key, use a smart lock, or use a lockbox. The team locks up on the way out and texts you when they leave.
Can I customise what gets cleaned?
Yes. The booking form lets you flag anything you want focused on or skipped. Add-ons (inside the oven, baseboards, laundry) get checked off at booking.
Are you OK with pets?
Yes. We don’t surcharge for normal-shedding pets on a one-time visit. For heavy pet cleanup, please book a Deep Clean — the time is allocated for it.
How do I pay?
Through the booking system on completion. Cards, e-transfer, and cash all accepted. No subscription, no auto-billing — you book the visit, we send the invoice.
