Most visits are handled by a team of two, with the same lead cleaner returning to recurring clients whenever the schedule allows. For larger homes, move-outs, or post-construction work, we’ll send additional team members and adjust the timeline accordingly.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, every visit. We use professional-grade products and equipment, and we can switch to eco-friendly, low-scent products on request. We have two recurring clients who are sensitive to fragrance and we use the eco kit at their homes by default.
Are your products safe around pets and kids?
Yes. Our standard products are pet- and child-safe once dry, and we always rinse surfaces where food is prepared. For households with allergies or chemical sensitivities, the eco-friendly upgrade is the right call.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. The majority of our recurring clients leave a key, lockbox, or smart-lock code on file. Every team member is background-checked and the team is bonded and insured.
