Bathrooms

Pet-heavy homes and homes with extreme buildup are best booked as a Deep Clean first — the maid tier doesn’t include the time for those.

First visit? Start with a Deep Clean.

Bluntly: if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last six months, your first visit should be a deep clean, not a standard maid visit. A maid visit is budgeted to maintain a baseline. It doesn’t include the time for baseboards, wall spot-cleaning, or detailed cabinet work — all of which are included in a Deep Clean. If we send a standard maid into a home that hasn’t been cleaned in two years, we’ll run out of clock before the kitchen is finished and you’ll feel underwhelmed.

Almost every recurring maid client we have started with a one-time Deep Clean. After that, the home is at a baseline a standard maid visit can hold, and the recurring discount applies to every visit going forward. The first invoice is higher; the second, third, and fourth are smaller and faster. Long-run, it’s cheaper and better.

Are your cleaners okay with pets?

Yes. We don’t surcharge for normal-shedding pets on a standard visit. For heavy pet cleanup we’d recommend booking a Deep Clean first, where pet-hair cleanup is a paid add-on with allocated time.
